Grant of options

Intelligent Ultrasound Group plc (AIM: MED), the ultrasound artificial intelligence (AI) software and simulation company, today announces that Helen Jones, Chief Financial Officer, has been granted options of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at an exercise price of 12 pence per Ordinary Share (“Options”).


BodyWorks Eve

Intelligent Ultrasound Group, the ultrasound artificial intelligence (AI) software and simulation company, announces it has produced a case study based on feedback from the Veteran’s Administration NY Harbor Healthcare Simulation Center in New York, USA. New York is currently the epicentre of the US pandemic and, facing a mounting number of patients, the centre has recently introduced critical care simulation based training sessions utilising the BodyWorks Point-of-Care (PoCUS) Ultrasound Simulator with the newly installed COVID-19 lung module.


Placing to raise £5.2m and notice of general meeting 4 May 2020

Intelligent Ultrasound (AIM: MED), the ultrasound artificial intelligence (AI) software and simulation company, is pleased to announce a Placing to raise £5.2 million (before the deduction of fees and expenses) through the conditional issue of 49,400,000 Ordinary Shares at 10.5 pence per Ordinary Share. The Placing has been arranged by Cenkos Securities and the Placing Shares will rank, pari passu, in all other respects with the Company's Existing Ordinary Shares.


Nightingale hospital

Intelligent Ultrasound Group announces its BodyWorks Point-of-Care (PoCUS) Ultrasound Simulator, with its newly released free COVID-19 lung ultrasound module, has been made available in the emergency simulation centre that has been set up at the NHS Nightingale Hospital at London’s Excel centre. To help in the fight against COVID-19 the BodyWorks training simulator combined with our our staff operating on-site at The Nightingale, are helping train clinicians to rapidly acquire and practice lung ultrasound skills.


Unaudited preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2019

Intelligent Ultrasound Group plc (AIM: MED), the ultrasound artificial intelligence (AI) software and simulation company, announces its unaudited preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2019, showing another excellent year of progress for the Group during which its Clinical AI Division signed its first AI software agreement with a major ultrasound manufacturer and its Simulation Division continued to grow sales.
