2020 trading update
Intelligent Ultrasound Group plc (AIM: IUG), the ultrasound artificial intelligence (AI) software and simulation company, announces that Group revenue for the year to 31 December 2020, which is currently generated entirely by the Group’s Simulation Division, is expected to be £5.2m (2019: £5.9m).

GE Healthcare launches new ultrasound AI software
Intelligent Ultrasound (AIM: MED), the artificial intelligence (AI) based ultrasound software and simulation company, today announced that GE Healthcare has launched its new AI-enhanced Women’s Health ultrasound system, Voluson SWIFT*. The Voluson SWIFT features SonoLyst, the world’s first fully integrated AI tool that recognizes the 20 views recommended by the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynaecology mid-trimester practice guidelines for fetal imaging and incorporates Intelligent Ultrasound’s ScanNav Assist AI technology.

Formation of nomination committee
Intelligent Ultrasound (AIM: MED), the artificial intelligence (AI) based ultrasound software and simulation company, announces the formation of a Nomination Committee of The Board of Directors. While to date, Intelligent Ultrasound has used the whole board to consider matters of nomination, given the Company’s current maturity and the nature of its current board composition, the Company is establishing a more focused Nomination Committee to lead its process for appointments and oversee the development of a diverse pipeline for succession. Half year results 2020
Intelligent Ultrasound (AIM: MED), the artificial intelligence (AI) based ultrasound software and simulation company, announces its unaudited half year results to 30 June 2020. Despite the global impact of Covid19, the Company reduced its EBITDA¹ loss to £1.2m (H1 2019: loss of £1.3m) on a reduced revenue of £2.5m (H1 2019: £3.1m) and continued to successfully progress the development of four AI software products.

Intelligent Ultrasound Group plc (AIM: MED), the artificial intelligence (AI) based ultrasound software and simulation company, announces that Group turnover for the six months to 30 June 2020, which is currently generated entirely by the Group’s Simulation Division, is expected to be £2.5m (H1 2019: £3.1m). The shortfall is due to the effect of COVID-19 of the Group’s reseller sales, especially in the Chinese and European markets, which declined to £0.6m (H1 2019: £1.4m).
