To ensure that you get the most out of your ScanTrainer system, we offer all new ScanTrainer customers one year’s complementary Warranty and ScanTrainer Cloud access to our online support service. Thereafter, these services are available to extend on an annual subscription basis.
ScanTrainer’s online Cloud service gives you access to MedaPhor’s online customer support services as well as Case Generator, a unique feature to upload your own patient cases to your simulator. It also gives you the option to access ScanTrainer Examine, our Case Library of over 500 real patient cases. Subscriptions start at just one year.

ScanTrainer Cloud Customer Agreement
Our Support Team may need to access your ScanTrainer computer remotely to fix a system issue and will ask you to log on to TeamViewer. Please only do so when requested to by a MedaPhor System Engineer.
ALL CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOUR SYSTEM DOES NOT REQUIRE A WINDOWS 10 UPGRADE
Please do not upgrade your ScanTrainer system to Windows 10 as it may cause ScanTrainer to stop working. Our support team will be in touch should your system require an upgrade.
